Playing the game to break it: bugs, crashes, devices that misbehave, text that overflows and progress that is lost. Testers send reports a developer can act on, with the steps to repeat each problem.
What does a bug report include?
The steps to repeat it, what happened and what should have happened, the device, and a screenshot or video. Ask for the format your team already uses.
How long does a round of testing take?
It depends on the size of the game and the number of devices. Say how many rounds you expect, so the proposal prices retesting the fixes as well as the first pass.
