Why is there a referral fee?+
The 15% referral fee is how INFLUR operates — covering escrow, platform infrastructure, admin review, dispute resolution, and matching. Because we only earn when you complete a project, our incentives are fully aligned with your success.
Can I cancel my brand subscription anytime?+
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your subscription settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then reverts to the free tier — no questions asked.
What happens if I don't use all my briefs this month?+
Unused brief slots do not roll over to the next month. Each billing cycle resets your active brief count. If you consistently need fewer briefs, the Starter plan may be a better fit.
Do unused briefs roll over?+
No — brief limits reset each calendar month. This keeps the marketplace fair for agencies who depend on a consistent flow of available briefs to apply to.
